My skills,talents and strength

My skills and talents:
Skills:
I have the ability to influence my siblings and see that they go in the right track. If they commit any mistake then I will tell them what they are doing is wrong. They understand it and also respect my opinion.  They help me in improving my skills by motivating me.
If my siblings or classmates find it difficult to study or if they don’t understand the concept, then I can help them by teaching. I can teach them till they understand the concept. I can also teach them with ease by teaching them with shortcuts and by using certain tricks or by explaining them in the form of a story. And I keep explaining them until they are thorough with their topic.
I am an imaginative person. I like to do things differently in a unique way. If people ask me for ideas then I can suggest them with many ideas. I even like to try the things that i imagine.
I like to do a lot of innovations in cooking because my brothers get bored of eating the same regular dishes almost every day, thus I keep improving my cooking skills .
Talents:
During my vacations I have learned to stitch clothes for girls. I have stitched few clothes for my family members. Hence, if there is any function in the family, I design clothes to them, and also make arrangements for dress code.
During my school days, it was compulsory for all the students to take part in the class activities. Due to this, I am used to giving performance in front of the audience. Hence, I can face the public and I can do public speaking without any fear.
I like to cook Indian food, desserts, and so on. I have prepared various kinds of food when there were in my house and many guests liked it.
And I like to make crafts. I have gifted few of the handmade crafts to my family and friends. Whenever I am free, I would prefer to utilise the time by making crafts. Time flies so fast, when I indulge myself while making crafts. This means that, whenever I make crafts, I forget about the outside world and think only about what else I can do, to make my crafts look unique and different.
How my strengths are expressed with my skills and talents:
My strength is that I am a determined person. If I make up my mind to do something, then I will definitely do it. If I am interested to learn something new, then I will work on it by giving my 100% on the task. No matter how difficult it is. I always back myself to achieve the targets I set.
Secondly, I want my dear ones to go in the right track and see them, well established. If they do anything wrong I do not like it. Hence I give them suggestions, through this I can influence people. I can think different. I am an optimistic person and I would like to look at the brighter side. Due to this I won’t give up easily. Even if I keep my work pending till the last moment, I will try my level best to finish it off and submit it on time. Hence in the same way I can make people work together by giving them deadlines and help them when they do not understand the concept.
I like to do creative things, this makes me think out of the box and come up with different ideas.
I like to teach people and I am a kind of person who like to do difficult things with ease. Due to this, if anybody asks for help with regard to studies then I can teach them with ease.
The benefit of knowing how to cook is a great deal these days because I don’t have to depend on people to prepare food for me if I get transferred to some unknown places.

Service packages that I would like to provide if I establish a company:
As I like to prepare handmade crafts I would like to gift my employees with cards that I have prepared. This will make them feel happy and they will have a sense of belongingness in the organisation. If my employees like to do crafts and are interested to learn, I would also like to start a crafts class for them. I would also like to conduct programmes for my employees to improve their various skills like communication skill. Because, it communication skill is one among the essential skill which each and every employee must possess. For that I would like to introduce oratory club, galvins club or toast masters club and so on.
As I like teaching others, I would like to train my employees when they join the organisation or at times of need. I can train my employees as to how to do things with ease. I would also like to introduce tailoring and designer class for my employees if they are interested to learn to stitch clothes.
As I want people to work together in a team, I would like to give special allowances or give rewards to the employee who works well and has the ability to make his teammates work together. By doing this the employees will be thrilled for the competition and work with more effort

And the main important thing would be the health of my employees. Health is wealth. I would focus more on my employees benefit because if they are happy working for me then my profits will be increasing automatically.

The person whom I admire the most

The person whom admire the most in my field of study

The person whom I admire the most in my field of study is my tuition aunty. She is the best mentor I have ever met. My life would have been completely different if I wouldn’t have met her.
She is our family friend and my family knows her from a long period of time.
During my kinder garden days, I was not a bright student as a result I was not able to study well. Due to this my parents were not happy with the results. Hence, my dad told her to admit me to that school in which her daughter was studying. So she made me get admitted to that school.  As I was not familiar with alphabets, I started going to her for tuitions before the school reopened. Even my two younger brothers used to come along with me. Hence, there were only three students in our tuition. Due to this she could give time for each one of us. She used to teach will full love and dedication. Due to her good teaching, I was able to study well during my examination. I used to also receive merit certificate for getting good marks. All these were the results of her good teaching. She used to ask questions till I was in forth standard. And from fifth standard I had to study by my own. If I had any doubts she used to explain it to me. The reason for this was that she wanted us to become independent in our studies. During my tenth standards board exam, she had searched for the best teacher to teach me maths and science. I used to go to the other tuition for 2 hours and again I used to come back to study in her house. It was during those days that her daughter was going to get married, but due to my exams, she had sacrificed her time and postponed all her work relating to her daughters marriage, so that she could concentrate on me during my studies.
As the years passed by, I used to feel my tuition itself as my home and I used to prefer to spend my time in tuitions rather than at home.
I used to go with her for tuitions from first standard to tenth standard. After my tenth standard I had stopped going with her for tuition. But during my second PU examination, I again started going to her house for tuition because my marks have come low. She used to not teach me, but still I used to go there for studying. The reason behind this is that, I did not have anybody to monitor me in my house. Hence, I used to get distracted and not study. Hence I used to feel like studying only in my tuition, as the environment in my tuition was completely different from that of my home. After going there I was able to study well again. Due to this I got distinction in my board exam. If I wouldn’t have had gone back again, I don’t think that I used have passed out with such good marks. I’m very thankful to her for letting me to come back again and study. It was she, who has encouraged me to pursue my MBA. It was she who has awoken my inner potential and told that you have the ability to do it. She is a biggest source of motivator to me.
In order to motivate us while studying, she used to play housie-housie game along with us. Due to this we used to get break in between our studies. She used to say that, if we finish studying early and if we are able to tell all the answers correctly, she would allow us to play the game. This motivated us to study quickly with full interest. We used to also feel relaxed and happy after playing the game. During our summer vacation, I used to prefer to go to my tuition, because we could play games and have fun talking to her.
She was more than a family to us. My parents used to allow me to stay only in her house, as they used to feel that I am in the same hands. During vacations she had also come to my granny’s house and we for happy for that and we could also have loads of fun. We also hang out and have fun. We used to also have small parties in our tuition where everybody used to get snacks and used to share with all. This taught us what sharing is, and as to how to share our things with others. Other than teaching, she also taught us the basic values of life, how to behave with others and even in the outside world. There were days when my father told my tuition aunty that the children are behaving well at home because of the values that she has taught us.
If I wouldn’t have met her, I wouldn’t have been able to know what life is all about nor would I have had studied well and got good marks. Hence, my life would have been completely different without her.
I am very thankful and grateful to god for having such a wonderful person in my life. Rarely do we get to meet such kind of beautiful people in our life. She has taught us things more than books. She has always been there for me during my times of need. I can trust her at any point of time. She has been a great source of inspiration to me and I am lucky to have her as my mentor. In this selfish world there are only few people whom you can completely trust and rely upon, and she is such kind of a person.

There is a saying that, “Everything happens for a reason” and I feel that I have met her for a reason. And I hope that each one among us must have at least one such kind of an amazing person in their life.

Having a look at all the unwanted things, I felt that a small cylindrical tin would be a best idea for making a pen stand.
‌   After that, I thought of covering it with a color paper. But, later I realized that I wanted to make something out of the waste material. Hence, I came up with the idea of covering the tin with the help of newspapers.

4. After it dries, paint it.
5. Make small stars on the color paper and cut it.
6. After the paint gets dried, stick the stars upon it.

Creativity

Creativity is all about making ordinary things looks special and attractive. It happens when you are having fun to do it. Creativity is doing something that nobody has seen, and thinking what no one else thought. It makes us to think differently. It also makes our mind open to new idea's.
When you find something, you must try to analyse as to what else can to make so that the thing look unique and different.
Whenever I make creative things, I forget entirely about the outside world and will be fully immersed into the world of creativity. I will be thinking as to what other things or ideas will work to make my creative things look different.
Creativity may be in the form of making unique crafts, drawing, preparing unique gifts, organising a different style of party, creative way of thinking, trying to make the best use of the unused stuffs, and so on. When you think creatively, your mind will start to think in a different way and generate new ideas, welcome and accept the latest things and finally be happy with whatever you have done.
